1. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE OR RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Order a new subscription or renew your current subscription on this site, or mail in the subscription order form in the magazine with payment enclosed (if renewing, As long as the shipping information you enter matches what is currently listed on your mailing label your subscription will be processed as a renewal), or call 1-800-767-0345 and ask for “Subscriptions”. Have your credit card ready.

2. IF I’M A NEW SUBSCRIBER, WHEN WILL I GET MY FIRST SUBSCRIPTION?

If you subscribed through the magazine or on this site, your first issue will arrive within 6 to 8 weeks.

3. WHY DOES IT TAKE 4 TO 6 WEEKS?

This is the amount of time it takes for us to process your order, get you in the system, print the first magazine (one per month), and have it get through the postal system into your mailbox.

4. HOW DO I PURCHASE A BACK ISSUE?

You can purchase a back issue three ways: Go to the “Back Issues” Section on this site, and fill in the info for the issue you want, find the order form in issues of the magazine, or call 1-661-295-1910 and ask for “Back Issues”.

5. HOW DO I READ MY LABEL?

6. IF I MOVE, HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS FOR MY MAGAZINES?

Always inform the post office of your move and ask to have all of your mail forwarded to your new address. Email the Customer Service Desk at michelle@hi-torque.com and write the name of the subscriber, their OLD address and Zip Code, and then write your NEW, complete address with Zip Code, or call us at 1-661-295-1910 (M-F, 9:00  AM to 5:00 PM PST) and ask for the “ADDRESS CHANGE” desk. We’ll make the change quickly so you won’t miss an issue.

7. HOW CAN I GET A DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION?
